A course in discovering and rediscovering your creative self.

Beginning October 21, 2020

Over the course of 6 1/2 months and 13, one-hour guided online group sessions, you will reclaim, rediscover, and reignite your creativity.

This group will offer support and accountability and a safe container for you to share insights, joys, challenges and push your creative edges together.

The

Artist's Way.

The book The Artist's Way has been in print for nearly 30 years and is a tried and true method for helping thousands of people uncover their purpose and creativity.

The format is a 12-chapter process which we will complete over 26 weeks, giving us two weeks to complete each chapter. Each chapter walks through a series of steps and exercises. The first week we will connect with one another and introduce the course, and then begin the first chapter together.

This process is deeper, more effective, and more fun in community with support and accountability, but most of the work is done outside of our online sessions. Community and connection are keys to gaining inspiration and fresh ideas from others.

This group is therapeutic and healing and nurturing in nature, but it is not a therapy group.

Who is this course for:

All womxn including trans and non-binary, from diverse backgrounds who desire more joy, creativity, and connection to themselves and others through self-care and uncovering their creative purpose.

This is for those who have never had a creative outlet, those who already consider themselves artists, and those who have long buried their creative desires.

Why participate in this course:

We are living in unprecedented times. Carving out time for self-care, joy, and connection is more important now than ever. Connecting to a greater purpose and igniting creativity, play and spontaneity are crucial tools in combatting some of the fear and anxiety in these turbulent times.

The fall and winter months are an ideal time to take part in personal healing and a transformative and nourishing process. You will be given support to take impeccable care of yourself.

What is included in this course:

13 bi-weekly one-hour zoom group sessions where we will gather in community. Each session will include a short guided meditation, facilitated group connection and check-in, and one-on-one or small group sharing on a facilitated topic pertaining to the relevant chapter in the book.

One individual coaching session (one hour) with Gillian for additional support.

Ongoing group communication and support.

What is the financial investment:

The fee for the course is $425.

Please contact me If you are interested, but in financial hardship.

Long before deciding to facilitate this Artists Way course, I taught a course on happiness for Desk Yogi and mentioned The Artist's Way as a method to cultivate joy.
